Plagiarism and Retraction Policy

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Agricultural Innovation Research (RINA) recognizes that plagiarism cannot be tolerated and has therefore established the following policy, which outlines specific actions (sanctions) to be taken if plagiarism is identified in articles submitted for publication in the Journal of Minangkabau Applied Governance.

Articles must be original, have not been published elsewhere, and are not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Material taken verbatim from other sources must be clearly identified to distinguish it from the original text.

Plagiarism checks must use the Turnitin or iThenticate plagiarism detection tools. The plagiarism check result must be at least 20%. If the plagiarism check result exceeds 20%, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision of the manuscript suspected of containing plagiarism.

If a published manuscript is found to have been claimed by another author as their own work, the manuscript will be retracted, and the author in question will be subject to sanctions and prohibited from publishing in the Journal of Agricultural Innovation Research (RINA) indefinitely.
